Developed through national co-design sessions with library teams across 14 states and D.C., Ready NOW offers practical tools, real examples, and clear guidance for turning community needs into meaningful action.

I was responsible for the visual and functional ecosystem of the project, designing the comprehensive Field Guide and its accompanying digital resources. I prioritized information hierarchy and user experience, creating streamlined presentation materials and designing the visuals for interactive activities that allow library teams to navigate complex guidance with clarity and ease.
