A little about me…

I am always looking for ways to use technology to help people understand new and complex information.

I'm a designer, researcher, and educator working at the intersection of technology, learning, and systems. With a background in graphic design and higher education administration, I'm currently pursuing an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Maryland (graduating May 2026).

I specialize in visual design systems, instructional strategy, and user-centered tools that empower people to learn, solve problems, and navigate complex workflows. I've designed and taught courses, mentored student UX teams, and built interactive tools that bridge education and product design.

I spent five years in higher education operations supporting students, managing data systems, and improving service delivery through process design. These roles sharpened my skills in stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration, and systems analysis making me equally comfortable working as a researcher, instructional designer, or business analyst. I know how to translate user needs into actionable insights, align product features with organizational goals, and support internal teams with clear documentation and training.

I'm especially drawn to roles where I can use design thinking to support decision-making, improve internal tools, or enhance the user and customer support experience
